Pamela Sims, an accomplished speaker has a background in education, psychology, human resources,
business and finance that allows her to bring a special richness to her presentations. Pamela has inspired
and motivated thousands to improve their lives and those of their children.
Pamela Sims’ presentations offer a fresh perspective on the habitual thinking of many individuals,
educational institutions and organizations. Each presentation offers an opportunity to look at many of the
failure issues we take for granted and see how we can use this information to improve our own lives,
relationships and careers, and the lives of those we care about.
Many adults and children carry a lot of baggage about themselves that they collected when they went to
school. Much of this baggage is keeping them from feeling really good about themselves and from making
better career, relationship and life choices. Pamela Sims’ presentations help adults and children move
beyond these barriers and forward successfully with their education, careers and relationships.
For her master’s thesis, Ms. Sims asked students what was important to them in education. She felt her
research was so important for educators and parents to know that she rewrote her thesis by weaving true
teacher-student experiences into a fictionalized story. The result is the award winning book, Awakening
Brilliance. When asked who should read Awakening Brilliance - anyone who is going to school or has ever
been to school will benefit from this information.
All presentations are participatory and interactive. Pamela believes the audience benefits from
experiencing what she’s talking about. It helps them to shift their thinking and leaves them feeling
motivated and inspired. Each presentation is customized to meet the needs of clients.
